Q:   How to shop on foreverk.com?

To discover the new arrivals, you can click the "New Arrivals" on our menu bar.
On the menu bar, you can view all product, or you can apply filters on the category or collection.
Go to the MOMENTS page to discover the products worn by our favorite Bloggers.
When you have chosen the pieces you would like to purchase, select your size (if needed) and quantity, and add to cart.

 

Q:   How to create an account?

Click the "Log In" on the homepage column, create account with your email address.

 Q:   If the item you want is out of stock?

Reach our representative via live chat, and one of them will assist you shortly.

 

PRODUCT

Q:   What kind of product materials do you use?

Our products are made in Italy, with 925 sterling silver and 18K plated Gold Vermeil, it is anti-tarnishing and anti-allergenic.

Sterling silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper or zinc, while sterling silver pieces are stamped with 925 mark their authenticity.

Stones we used usually are zirconia, onyx, tourmaline and mother of pearls. Components vary from one product to another.

 

Q:   Will Forever K jewelry cause allergy?

None of our Forever K Jewelry contain nickel or other harmful materials, and our supply chain in Italy is ISO 9001 certified.

 

Q:   Any maintenance tips?

●  Exposing your jewelry to air will increase chances of tarnish. Try your best to store your jewelry in closed boxes or closed plastic bags, and not in a way where each product will constantly be rubbing against one another.
●  Avoid wearing your jewelry instantly after you have applied lotion or perfume, while chemical in those products can change the color of your jewelry and dull their shine.
●  Make sure to take off your jewelry when washing dishes, going for a swim or even heading out for a workout.
●  Polish your jewelry with our special silver cloth on a regular basis, that way you will remove any substance from it that could have caused any discoloring.

 

Q:   How long is the lifespan of Forever K jewelry?

Our jewels are carefully handcrafted by our experienced teams.

The surface treatment that we used, allow our jewels to be guaranteed for 1 year. However, shocks, abrasive products and inappropriate use can alter the quality of the jewel faster. Within the 1 year warranty, we offer free cleaning service.

Q:   How can I track my order?

Forever K will send you an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order on the website of DHL (www.dhl.com) or FedEx (www.fedex.com) or S.F.Express (www.sf-express.com)

If you log in online to your Forever K Account, you may also follow your delivery by selecting My Account, and click on My Orders.

 

RETURNS & EXCHNGES

Q:   What is the return policy?

Products purchased on foreverk.com may be exchanged or returned to foreverk.com, up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Forever K packaging.

 

Q:   How to exchange or return a product?

We’re confident you’ll love our products once you get them in your hands. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them. 
That’s why we offer 14 day hassle free returns.
Please just follow these steps:
  1. Let us know - email us at enquiry@foreverk.com quoting your order number, reason for the return.
  2. Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
  3. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

We can’t offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange size. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes. 
* Please note that Forever K is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns. You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package. Forever K will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

 

Q:   When will I receive the refund?

If you returned your product by mail to foreverk.com, the refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.

Please note that we can refund only products purchased online. Products purchased in one of our distribution stores cannot be refund.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

Q:   What is Forever K warranty?

We guarantee our products 1-year international warranty on every product except accessories. Customers with valid proof of purchase could enjoy our complimentary cleaning and repair services however the warranty will not cover any mistreatments of the products for example; but are not limited to, surface scratches, color fading under normal wear and tear, missing components or any damages resulting from misuse and hence a small repair fee will be occurred.

 

Q:   What happens if my 1-year warranty has expired?

If your product is not under warranty anymore, we still offer repair services for 150 HKD. The out-of-warranty repairs include the repair, the verification of the stones setting, the weld control, the polishing, the surface treatment that will restore your products to its original appearance, as well as a new 6-month warranty.
